Overview
This course develops an evidence-informed understanding of organizational behaviour at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Students examine personality, perception, attitudes, emotions, motivation, job satisfaction, engagement, learning, decision-making, communication, power, politics, leadership, teamwork, conflict, negotiation, organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, ethics, organizational change, and employee well-being.
Students compare major behavioural theories and apply them to practical workplace situations through case analysis, role-play, teamwork diagnostics, reflective exercises, and interpretation of organizational scenarios. The course considers how organizational structure, technology, remote work, globalization, and changing employment expectations influence behaviour and organizational effectiveness.

- Synthesize the effects of technology, remote work, globalization, and changing employment expectations on workplace relationships and organizational systems.
