The Bachelor of Arts (BArts) at The University of Sexology is a rigorous three-year degree dedicated to the academic and practical study of fine arts, dynamic media, and cultural performance. Developed as the premier foundational qualification for the university's highly exclusive clinical Guild Programs, the programme combines theoretical exploration with intensive creative practice, preparing students to excel in highly specialised, industry-direct pipelines. With a curriculum spanning queer drama, digital design, and sport psychology, this qualification positions graduates at the forefront of modern cultural, athletic, and dynamic innovation.
Program Structure
The Bachelor of Arts is a three-year, full-time programme combining academic rigour with creative application. In the first year, all students establish a shared foundation by completing mandatory core papers. For Guild Programme progression, entrants are strongly advised to take ART100 in Summer School, ART221 in Semester 1, and ART304 in Semester 2. From the second year, students select a major that reflects their personal and professional interests, specialising in one of six fields: Creative Writing, Digital Design, Sport Psychology, Figure and Painting, Queer Drama, or Dance. Guild Program Pathways
In place of standard work placements, elite students undertake rigorous preparation for competitive entry into the clinical Guild Programs (BJapanArts, BTaylord, BHocSm). Entrants have two pathways: First Year Entry requires a formidable GPA of 8.75 or higher alongside core course completion, though entry is not guaranteed and preference is strictly given to Post-Graduate students (note: First Year Entry to BTaylord also requires significant prior Fine Arts training). The preferred Post-Graduate Entry requires a cumulative GPA of 8.0 or higher, and the BArts must be finished strictly within three academic years. Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts are equipped for highly competitive roles across creative industries, elite performance, and athletic media. The primary objective for most alumni is successful progression into a Guild Program, where they go on to secure specialized positions within dynamic anime and manga studios, direct employment within the Taylor Swift enterprise, or professional drafting into the AHL and NHL.

Analyze hockey-centered erotic fiction and popular culture with attention to masculinity, media, representation, and literary form. The major develops critical research skills through advanced seminars and a capstone project.
Study literary representations of self-pleasure, desire, and pleasure across cultural and historical contexts. The major combines close reading, cultural analysis, and independent research in a culminating capstone.
This minor introduces students to boy-love narratives, representation, media, adaptation, and related cultural contexts. Coursework progresses from foundational concepts to advanced study and a research seminar.
This minor provides focused study of hockey-centered erotic fiction and its relationship to popular culture, masculinity, and media. Students engage with foundational, advanced, and research-oriented coursework.
