The Bachelor of Mpreg Studies at The University of Sexology is a pioneering three-year degree dedicated to the academic, ethical, and biological study of male pregnancy. Developed under the guidance of Dr Melanie Douchewater following her groundbreaking mpreg research, the programme combines theoretical exploration with practical application, preparing students to understand, perform, and advance reproductive science in a post-wpreg era. With a curriculum spanning reproductive anatomy, fertility ethics, and inter-dynamic relations, this qualification positions graduates at the forefront of modern sexological innovation.
Program Structure
The Bachelor of Mpreg Studies is a three-year, full-time programme combining academic rigour with practical application. In the first year, all students study together, establishing a shared foundation in reproductive theory, anatomy, and ethics. From the second year, students select a major that reflects their personal and professional interests, specialising in one of five advanced fields within mpreg science. In the final year, cohorts reconverge for collaborative research, field placement, and the capstone thesis. A number of core papers, including MPREG101: Introduction to Male Fertility and Uterine Integration and MPREG204: Advanced Beta Anatomy, are personally taught by Dr Melanie Douchewater—renowned researcher, author, and leading figure in global reproductive innovation. Her presence within the classroom continues to attract students from across the world. Please note: “The Impregnation of the Mind” by Dr Melanie Douchewater is required reading for MPREG101.

Work Placement
In their final year, students undertake a supervised practicum through the Douchewater Institute for Reproductive Innovation, where they observe and assist in controlled implantation, hormonal modulation, and postnatal recovery. Each placement is tailored to the student’s dynamic and area of interest, ensuring practical readiness for both clinical and research environments. Selected students may also be invited to contribute to ongoing mpreg case studies or assist with Dr Douchewater’s continuing research projects.

Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Bachelor of Mpreg Studies are equipped for roles across reproductive health, academic research, and policy development. Alumni have gone on to become reproductive integration specialists, beta fertility consultants, dynamic relations educators, and clinical research assistants within the growing field of mpreg science.
Course structure
Explore the biological systems, technologies, and clinical practices involved in reproductive integration. This major develops expertise in implantation systems, uterine integration, practical application, and complex case analysis.
Study gamete biology, fertility management, hormonal modulation, and data-driven reproductive research. Students build the analytical and scientific skills needed to investigate fertility and advance reproductive outcomes.
Prepare for patient-centered care across prenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal contexts. Through clinical simulation and monitoring studies, students develop practical skills for supporting reproductive health and recovery.
Examine relationship dynamics, communication, and community education within reproductive contexts. This major combines theory and applied casework to support inclusive, ethical, and effective interpersonal practice.
Analyze the governance, ethics, regulation, and public communication of reproductive science. Students learn to connect research practice with responsible policy development and institutional compliance.
Investigate the philosophical, epistemological, ethical, and identity-related dimensions of male pregnancy and reproductive science. The major encourages critical reflection on embodiment, knowledge, reproductive being, and emerging biotechnologies.
